In this half-day hands-on class we will provide you with a deeper understanding of how our rich culture and wild landscape have shaped our food and ingredients for hundreds of years. Our passionate teachers will take you on a journey back in time through to modern day Irish cuisine allowing you to awaken your senses and explore the honesty and integrity that our flavoursome Irish food has to offer.
