Mount Coggill is situated on the Kilkenny, Carlow border. It is ten minutes drive from both Graiguenamanagh and Borris. It is a very unusual house set in splendid seclusion down a rough country boreen (small lane) which leads only to this house.

Mount Coggill is a self catering house in Griffinstown, Near Borris, County Kilkenny. Mount Coggill sleeps eight comfortably with two bedrooms downstairs which share a bathroom with bath and shower combined. One bedroom with double bed, one with twin beds.

Upstairs, two double bedrooms both with double beds. One bathroom and wet room with two showers. Downstairs is open plan with two sitting areas, dining area and kitchen area. There is a wood-burning stove in one of the sitting areas. The cooker in the kitchen has a gas hob with 5 rings and 2 electric ovens, one medium sized and one small, slim oven, micro-wave, dish-washer, fridge with freezer area on top. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen implements. There is a clothes washer.

Upstairs is has a library area and a mezzanine sitting area in front of the two double bedrooms. A further sitting area is located above the two upstairs bedrooms which is accessed from a spiral staircase and has splendid views of Mount Leinster and the Carlow hills.

There is a pull out sofa bed here for over-flow, allowing a ninth person to sleep if necessary. The house is heated by oil, underfloor heating and the wood-burning stove. Hot water is heated by oil and in the summer, by solar panels.

Laundry can be done on request and in a week stay, cleaning is provided in the rent for one morning.
