The Dingle Cookery School provides learning opportunities for the local community as well as tutoring enthusiasts, existing and aspiring cooks and complete newcomers.
Purpose built training rooms are specially equipped for teaching of skills such as bread making, seafood, butchery, preserving and pastry. The environment overlooking Dingle Bay is serene and inspiring, but very accessible and a great place to learn how to cook traditional Irish foods.
