COVID-19 and travel to the island of Ireland
As of July 3rd 2020, Northern Ireland’s tourism industry has reopened for those who are permitted to travel on domestic breaks across Great Britain and Northern Ireland. There is no quarantine in place for individuals travelling from Great Britain to Northern Ireland.
However, please note that 14-day quarantine measures are still in place for those travelling to the Republic of Ireland from Great Britain.
Across the island of Ireland, public health advice states that we must continue to keep two metres distance from others where possible and a minimum distance of one metre at all times.
