Lose yourself in a sensory wonderland when English electronic pioneers the Chemical Brothers make their much-awaited return to Dublin.
With twenty years of commercial and critical success, Mancunian duo Tom Rowlands and Ed Simons comprise one of modern music's most influential acts, starting life in 1989 as a DJ twosome known as The 237 Turbo Nutters (later, briefly, the Dust Brothers).
Alongside genre contemporaries like The Prodigy, Fatboy Slim and The Crystal Method, the Chemical Brothers helped elevate big beat dance to the very forefront of pop culture in the 90s and 00s, making a huge splash with their debut record Exit Planet Dust.
With six No 1 albums and thirteen Top 20 singles - including two No 1s - to their name, you'd have every reason to think these artists are happy out in the studio, crafting beats behind closed doors. But a penchant for transcendent live shows and their renowned work with psychedelic director and visual artist Adam Smith shows that the Chemical Brothers are anything but armchair producers. In fact, their live gigs are more total immersion experiences than performances, and savvy fans know to get tickets as soon as they go on sale for one of the most outstanding concerts of this - or any - year.
Be a part of the experience this October at Dublin's 3Arena with the Chemical Brothers and very special guests Stephan Bodzin and James Holroyd.
