Written by Eric Idle and with a score by Python-by-association John DuPrez, this musical visitation of a classic is a must-see for comedy fans at the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre.

Monty Python defines British surrealist comedy. The group, comprised of members Eric Idle, Terry Jones, Michael Palin, Terry Gilliam, John Cleese, and Graham Chapman, are worshipped by comedy lovers.

They first made their names in the late 60s and 70s thanks to their TV show Monty Python’s Flying Circus and cinema treats like Monty Python and the Holy Grail and Life of Brian.

One of their finest triumphs was Spamalot, an irreverent comedy following King Arthur and his Knights of the (probably wonky) Round Table.

Written by Eric Idle and with a score by Python-by-association John DuPrez, this musical visitation of a classic is a must-see for comedy fans at the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre.
