The recently opened M7 and M8 motorways which are closeby make the Traditional Farm Hostel accessible to both the beautiful West of Ireland and the capital of Ireland.
Although close to both motorways, the farm is the perfect location to unwind, breathe the fresh country air and see the stars at night.
The bedrooms are ensuite with countryside views. The kitchen is well- equipped with modern appliances, there is a large dining and sitting area with a solid fuel fire.
The hostel is situated about 30km from Kilkenny. Outdoors enthusiasts will enjoy exploring the nearby Slieve Bloom Mountains and Granstown Lake, while history buffs can visit Clough, an 18th-century village, and Abbeyleix, an elegant heritage town.
