Clearwater B&B is a Victorian style country house situated 1.5 miles on the outskirts of Magherafelt on the B181 located in the peaceful countryside near the shores of Lough Neagh making it an ideal base for touring Northern Ireland. Free transport to and from Magherafelt to accomodate guests who wish to have a drink at dinner and for the shoppers, who don't need to look for a parking space. There is also transport to the Castledawson roundabout to facilitate guests using the Airporter bus service or who want to catch the express bus to Belfast for a day out shopping. Clearwater house will also provide transport to Ballyronan Marina (10 minute drive) where a boat trip runs every Thursday throughout the Summer. The Sperrin mountains can be seen from our upstairs bedrooms and within easy access by car. All our bedrooms are ensuite and one is located on the ground floor with disabled access. Bedrooms are supplied with Northern Ireland visitor guides, Sperrin regions guides and Lough Neagh Discovery brochures to help plan your tour of Northern Ireland.
