The Saddlers House is a tastefully restored mid 19th century town house situated in Londonderry.
The Saddlers House is a tastefully restored mid 19th century town house situated in a conservation area in the heart of the historic city of Londonderry. It is the one of the most centrally located bed and breakfast establishments in Derry. We are within strolling distance of the city's walls, cathedrals, museum, theatre, fine restaurants and bars. Televisions and books are provided in all bedrooms. Freshly brewed coffee, homemade jams and homemade Irish wheaten bread, stewed fruits and homemade yogurt are served at breakfast. Guests are welcome to use the elegant Victorian sitting room or parlor with its ornate marble fireplace on the first floor. In a recent extension the dining room area at the rear of the house was extended and renovated to provide a bright, light-filled location for breakfast. There is a small, but delightful walled garden at the rear of the house, one of the few in this area to have survived from the Victorian era. All the bedrooms have free WiFi access and there is a PC available for guest use. The owners speak Spanish and pets are welcome at no additional cost. Bertie, our resident bull dog is only too happy to greet animal lovers and have his photo taken. Free on-street car parking is available on the opposite side of Great James Street. We attempt to offer comfort, character, charm and convenience at reasonable rates.
