St Patrick’s Stream a chic , modern property, is set in a mature woodland garden at the foot of Slieve Donard situated at the edge of Donard Forest. With wood floors throughtout, the property is light and airy giving a clean fresh experience. With covered Bar-B-Q area and ample parking the property is ideal for small groups and retreats, the tranquility of the garden creates a sence of peace and solice. While beautiful orange sunrises wakens the day, shimmering silvery moonlights exposes evening frolics from badgers and silent foraging from woodland deer. A leisurely 1.6 mile stroll along the coast road ends in Newcastle Town or alternatively from the top of the garden walks in Tollymore can begin for nature lovers. Newcastle and surounding area offers for the energetic, golf, driving range, archery, tennis, cycling, horse riding, hiking/walking, swimming, bolder walking, sailing, fishing and deep sea fishing. Children can experience an exciting time in the amusement arcade, indoor activity centre or heated swimming pool at Tropicana or indeed in the sea. We also have the traditional donkey rides on the beach. For a more sedate holiday the town centre boasts excellent cafes, resturants and shops to suit all tastes and needs. The many resturants, night clubs and bars offer entertainment for all who are evening visitors. Newcastle offers something for everyone the whole year round. Christmas and carol singing around the tree, Easter and the Easter Parade, Summer and the wonderfully packed 'Summer Season' and street entertainment to Autumn and our 'Hallowtides'.
