Altan is a purpose built bed and breakfast, close to Cashel and just off the scenic route from Kilkenny. Altan, in Irish, means "A little height" and from here there are views of the Galtee Mountains and across rural County Tipperary. The guest bedrooms are spacious, comfortable and bright. There is a large sitting room where guests can relax and a dining room where tea and coffee can be made. Refreshments are offered on arrival. Our traditional Irish breakfast is cooked using local produce. Other breakfast options are available. The patio area has seating and barbecue facilities. Guests are welcome in the garden!
