A comfortable, quiet and peaceful family run home, located in the rural setting of Carraroe, 4km from Sligo town. St. Martin’s is nestled between Lough Gill and the Ox mountains and proves the perfect base from which to explore the many nearby forests, beaches and walkways. Slish wood, Dooneyrock and Union wood are all in close proximity, providing plenty of walking and hill climbing opportunities as mentioned in the tourist board’s ‘Walkers Welcome’ and ‘Adventure Seekers Welcome’. For those interested in water sports and surfing, we are only a scenic drive from Cullenamore and Strandhill beaches, bringing you by the historical megalithic tombs at Carrowmore.
