67 Ballywillan Crescent is located in a quiet cul de sac off the Ballywillan Road in Portrush. It is close to the East Strand Beach (10 mins walk) and within walking distance of the town (15 mins). Ten minutes drive brings you to the busy shopping town of Coleraine. The property is bright and spacious and will be an excellent base for your North Coast holiday. It has a large lounge with open fire, television, DVD player and Playstation; a modern fitted kitchen with dining area and access to patio and rear enclosed garden; three bedrooms (2 double rooms & 1 single, sleeping five comfortably), a family sized bathroom with separate shower and bath. The kitchen and dining area are bright and fully equipped with lots of preparation surfaces, oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and toaster. Outside is a fully enclosed rear garden with a lawn and patio with outdoor garden furniture. BBQ facilities are available for summer days. There is also a private parking space in a large driveway.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to confirm the booking and the full balance of payment to be sent to the property owner two weeks before the holiday commences.
