The accommodation is family-run and has been thoughtfully and tastefully finished, to a very high standard, to provide you with a relaxing and comfortable stay.
The en-suite bedroom has a king size bed and ample storage facilities. The second bedroom has two single beds which can be converted to a super king, on request. All beds are very high quality and have luxury bedding. The en-suite has a walk-in shower and the main bathroom has a bath with shower. Egyptian cotton towels are provided.
There is an open plan living area with comfortable seating, dining table and chairs and a well-equipped kitchen. Furnishings include a smart 50-inch flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, DVD player and a selection of DVD’s, Bluetooth speakers, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and hair drier. There is a cot available on request.
For your safety, smoke detectors are fitted throughout and there is a carbon monoxide alarm. There is also a first aid kit and fire blanket.
The private balcony, where smoking is permitted, has patio furniture and there is also access to a communal roof garden.
A welcome pack is provided which includes tea, coffee, sugar, milk, home made biscuits and other treats. There is also a very informative information folder which lists things to see and do in Northern Ireland and also restaurants and pubs in the surrounding area.
The property is situated on Stockman’s Way, just off Junction two of the M1 and overlooking Musgrave Park. 10 minute walk to a bus stop and Balmoral train station with frequent service to the city centre and Titanic Belfast. 1 minute walk to convenience store. It is just a short drive to Boucher Road Retail Park, the Lisburn Road (with its many popular boutiques, coffee houses and restaurants) and large supermarkets.
