The castle hosts 14 deluxe bedrooms and 5 suites, each eloquently decorated to the highest standard. Each of the 5 suites have a private sitting room and 14 deluxe bedrooms are en-suite twins and double/kings.

Waterford Castle Hotel also offers three bed, self-catering holiday homes that sleep 6 people and have been fitted out to the highest standards.

The warm ambiance of the award-winning Munster Room Restaurant with its wonderful oak paneled walls and ornate ceiling is complemented by a great cellar and exciting seasonal menus. Alternatively you can dine in the Grand Entrance Hall, the Fitzgerald Room or in the Golf Club House.

The island also hosts its own challenging 18-hole par 72 Championship Parkland Golf Course, designed by Ireland's legendary golfing hero and twice Ryder Cup player, Des Smyth. Lessons can be arranged with the Islands own Golf Pro. There are also plenty of other activities to entertain all the family from clay pigeon shooting to curling up by a roaring fire.

As you enter the massive studded oak doors you will be embraced by the Castle’s 500 year history, the carved stone and wood paneled hall, with its Jacobean style antiques and intricate original tapestries.
