Housed in the stables and laundry of the Town Hall, Bangor Castle.
North Down Museum packs a lot into a small space.
It is housed in the stables and laundry of the Town Hall, Bangor Castle, built for the Hon. Robert Edward Ward in 1852. The past will be brought to life through historical re-enactors on the Saturday in the Museum Galleries.
Why not have a go at Archery, or Calligraphy or even turn your hand to Curragh Making! You can see weapons demonstrations and then relax with a coffee listening to traditional music, poetry and story telling.
