The museum is in Sovereigns House built in 1810. It is a fine example of a Georgian listed building.

The museum is in Sovereigns House built in 1810. It was originally home to the Mayor of Armagh and is less than 30 metres from the Courthouse. It is a fine example of a Georgian listed building.

The collection contains the uniforms, medals, regalia and the two Victoria Crosses won by the Regiment. The current exhibition follows a timeline of events from the First World War.
