The Thursday of the Summer Series sees Bryan Ferry, one of the most innovative and distinctive singers of the last 40, performing a greatest hits set.

Trinity College throws open its gates to the public for the Summer Series, a week of concerts hosted in College Park this July.

The Thursday of the Summer Series sees Bryan Ferry, one of the most innovative and distinctive singers of the last 40, performing a greatest hits set.

Ferry initially made his name as the leader of glam rockers Roxy Music where, along with Brian Eno, he helped reshape the possibilities of what a rock band might achieve, before launching on a solo career that included hits like Let’s Stick Together, his cover of John Lennon’s Jealous Guy, and Slave To Love.

With his sartorial elegance and crooner’s voice, Ferry is still wowing the crowds late into his career. As those who witnessed his recent performance in the Olympia Theatre can testify to, he very much still has it.
