Firstly, to enter the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland, you need a valid passport.
UAE Nationals do not require a visa to travel to the Republic of Ireland. All other GCC Nationals require a visa to visit the Republic of Ireland. All GCC nationals require a UK visa to enter Northern Ireland.

www.visas.inis.gov.ie. Once this is completed you must then submit your documentation to the relevant Irish Embassy, visa office or Consulate.

The Short-Stay Visa Waiver Scheme allows GCC visitors who have entered the UK on General C visit visas to also visit Ireland, without the need for an Irish visa. Visitors can remain in Ireland for a period of 90 days.
