Guests have the chance to share a unique intimate dining experience focused on organic, local and sustainable food.
Rose and Margaux of 4 Hands Food Studio are curators of exceptional events. Rose, coming from the international cooking world, having run the renowned kitchens of In De Wulf - Belgium, Fulgurances - France, Coombeshead Farm - England, will be sharing her unique approach to cooking in a series of pop up style events. Margaux, a talented brewer will be marrying her naturally fermented drinks with the menu for what promises to be very special indeed.
The evening will start with a welcome cocktail alongside some snacks to allow you to relax and settle into the cosy atmosphere for the evening. Next, you will be guided to the communal dining tables to share the bread course with your fellow guests, this beautiful course has lots of surprises instore with many little dishes all along with long-fermented sourdough, giving the chance for all guests to get acquainted.
To follow is an extensive main course, but not in the traditional sense, you will have a tasting plate of pork with light elegant dishes to enjoy alongside. The menu will finish with a little something sweet.
Rose uses techniques such as soaking, sprouting, fermenting, dehydration and slow cooking, each process adds an extra element to produce which is sourced directly from the farmers if not grown or raised by Rose and Margaux themselves. The evening is not just about delicious food, but about regenerative agriculture, nutrition and sustainability, looking at what positive steps we can do for the future of food.
