Killary Adventure Centre is nestled in the Connemara Mountains, on the Wild Atlantic Way, overlooking the Blueway of Killary Harbour. Offering bed and breakfast and hostel options with a wide range of adventure activities on site.
Killary Adventure Centre is nestled in the Connemara Mountains, on the Wild Atlantic Way, overlooking the Blueway of Killary Harbour. Offering bed and breakfast, hostel and a wide range of adventure activities on site. En suite bedrooms can accommodate two, four or six people and all have under floor heating. Bed linen is supplied and breakfast is included in the rate. There is a limited laundry service offered and a range of dining options is available with both individuals and groups catered for. Killary Adventure Centre has an onsite food truck, award winning Georgina Campbell for Street Food Award 2019, The Misunderstood Heron, which is open for the summer season.
The Geodesic Dome provides an extra adaptable function area and can cater for up to 100 people.
Morning and afternoon adventure sessions cater for all ages with over 20 adventure activities offered. The sea based activities include; kayaking, gorge walking, water skiing, knee boarding, mini water park, and cliff jumps. The land based activities include; rock climbing, archery, high ropes course, bungee jumps, giant swing and laser combat.
Killary Adventure Centre offers adventure racing, self-guided and guided cycling and walking tours, summer camps, adult weekends, corporate training and family holidays.
