Make magical memories this Christmas at Castle Espie and visit Santa in out enchanted gardens.

Make magical memories this Christmas at Castle Espie and visit Santa in out enchanted gardens.
Relax and enjoy refreshments whilst children create their own snowflakes to hang on your tree, then meet your very own elf who will take you on a quest to find the golden snowflakes in our mystical gardens filled with winter wonderland surprises.

Only when you find them all will you be lucky enough to meet Santa himself, who is cosied up waiting for you to arrive in his gorgeous grotto, hidden away in our gardens. The magic continues throughout Castle Espie during the Christmas period, and the following festive activities can be scheduled around your visit.

Storytelling and toasting marshmallows - whilst out on the reserve why not stop off at the Crannog between 10.30 and 16.00 and enjoy some delicious toasted marshmallows and festive storytelling (Santa event days only)

Mrs Claus Christmas Trail - Santa has lost his reindeers - can you help us find them? We think they might be hiding around the Castle Espie reserve.

Crafts - Christmas Craft will run in the centre between 10.00 and 16.30 continuously

Post letters to Sants - Why not take this opportunity to post your Christmas letters to Santa while you are here at Castle Espie in our very special postbox that sends your letters straight to the North Pole

Please remember that all these activities run throughout the day and you can participate in the festive fun either before or after your visit to Santa, or why not split the activities between visiting Santa?

The Kingfisher Kitchen is celebrating Christmas too, and is open from 10.00 to 16.30 serving hot and cold drinks and a selection of homemade festive treats, beautiful lunches and even cooked breakfasts for the early birds amongst us! We are also hosting special Festive Afternoon Teas every Sunday between 19 November and 17 December.

We can't wait to celebrate the festive season with you and your family, but book fast, because Santa is a very busy man.
