Kilfenora's11th annual traditional music festival, a series that commenced in 2009 with the 100th anniversary of the Kilfenora Céilí Band. Our concerts include Frankie Gavin's Roaring '20s Orchestra, a Comhaltas concert with a huge array of local talent, the first Riches of Clare concert of 2019, and a special event led by Siobhan Peoples and other guest fiddlers to commemorate the late Tommy Peoples. We have céilís with the Star of Munster and Four Courts bands, plus the famous Kilfenora Céilí Band and Kilfenora youth band playing open-air on Sunday. We feature CD launches by Peter Casey, Stevie Dunne and Josephine Marsh - and Josephine will also lead our 'Trad for Teens' workshop. A Singers Night on Friday brings together a wide range of singers and storytellers. And then of course our legendary pub sessions led by great musicians from Clare and further afield. Plus an opportunity to visit the Kilfenora Céilí Band parlour in teh Burren Centre - a unique museum dedicated to the historic music of North Clare.
