Bay View Cottages No. 3 is a spacious three bedroom house capable of comfortably accommodating nine guests. It is located in the village of Carrigart in County Donegal. The village has craft shops, a pubs and an 18 hole golf course.

Bay View Cottages No. 3 occupies a quiet site on the outskirts of Carrigart village with views over the magnificent Mulroy Bay, in County Donegal. The village of Carrigart provides for the needs of all holiday makers with its small traditional shops, a newly refurbished pub, an 18-hole golf course and local hotel. It makes the ideal base for a relaxing holiday in this beautiful part of County Donegal and is within driving distance of numerous major attractions.

Bay View Cottages No. 3 can accommodate up to nine guests in three bedrooms. The rooms include an ensuite family room with a double bed, bunks and a sofa; a king size double ensuite room; and a second family room with bunk beds, a futon sofa and shared ensuite access to a bathroom. There is also an attic with sofa beds.

The main living area has large open fireplace with a multi-fuel stove, TV and DVD. The kitchen is fully fitted with all modern conveniences and there is a spacious conservatory with spectacular views. This is a quiet and peaceful location with ample parking in driveway.

This cottage, built on land known locally as Ned’s, is situated close to Rosapenna and the new Sandy Hills, which offers the best in Irish golf. The Rosguill peninsula offers breath taking beauty and majesty, with miles of long sandy beaches and clear unpolluted waters. There is plenty for everyone to do from golf to water sport, horse riding, cycling and hill walking. The town of Dunfanaghy is not too far away and has great coffee and craft shops; and the town of Downings is a major water sport and sea fishing centre. Close by is Glenveigh National Park, Ards Forest Park, The Historic Doe Castle and Mount Errigal, Donegal's highest mountain.
