Teachin Choinn is a charming traditional thatched cottage, over a century old and situated in a scenic coastal part of County Donegal. It has been restored to its former glory, retaining all of its original charm with a few added enhancements.

Teachin Choinn is located on the coastline of the northerly Inishowen peninsula of County Donegal. This traditional Irish thatched cottage is full of charm and character, and is over a century old. It retains all the features of its era with a few added modern enhancements such as oil-fired central heating and kitchen with appliances.

Teachin Choinn has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, a baby's crib, and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two beds and a TV. There is a main bathroom which includes a bath with integrated shower. The traditional Irish kitchen also serves as a dining area and lounge. There is a remarkable solid timber ceiling, floors, and moulded joinery throughout the entire dwelling.

Teachin Choinn is located near Culdaff's magnificent Blue Flag Beach. It is an ideal spot for anglers with plenty of rock or beach fishing, river fishing, or deep sea and game fishing. Inishowen has some of the most spectacular scenery in Ireland. This can be witnessed on hill walks and shoreline strolls of the area at any time of year. The Giants Causeway is a relaxing drive away by using the Greencastle Ferry. Other local amenities include golf courses, boat trips, museums, restaurants, the Famine Village on the Isle of Doagh, traditional Irish pubs, and lots more.
