Centrally situated, Victorian period house of a luxurious standard. All rooms have remote ...

Glenluce Lodge (part of An Caislean - see www.ancaislean.com ) is the perfect place to stay on the Irish north coast. Ideally situated between Ballycastle seafront and the town centre and 5 minutes walk from all local amenities.

Glenluce Lodge is within easy walking distance of local restaurants, bars, shops, beach, tennis, golf, gym, indoor pool, sports pitches and Rathlin Island and Campbeltown (Mull of Kintrye, Scotland) ferry. 16km from Giant's Causeway, 5km from Rope Bridge, 7km from Torr Head (nearest point to Scotland), 18 km from Bushmills Distillery, 20 km from Royal Portrush Golf Club.

Glenluce Lodge has recently been refurbished and now boasts a teahouse with fresh quality produce all prepared on site. We offer private parking with secure parking for bikes and storage facilities for outdoor enthusiasts.

Ballycastle is located at the western end of the Causeway Coast (including the Causeway coastal walk), the northern end of the nine Glens of Antrim, the northern end of the Moyle Way (walk) and is part of a very enjoyable stretch of Cycle Route 93. The Ballycastle to Bushmills section of this route is on very quiet country roads and dedicated cycle paths and incorporates the Giant's Causeway as well as some very dramatic North Antrim countryside. The Causeway Coast walk is a signposted walk from Ballycastle to Portstewart (25 km) taking in the spectacular scenery of the Giant's Causeway and its environs. We can recommend walks, bike rides and tours and are happy to do pick-ups, set downs and luggage transport for walkers and public transport users by prior arrangement.

Glenluce Lodge is just off the Causeway Coastal Route, is close to Ballycastle's main bus stop (Marine Corner) and on Cycle Route 93.

Polish, French and German are spoken.

We at Glenluce Lodge (part of An Caislean) aim to make your stay in Ballycastle a relaxing and refreshing experience.

Evening meals are available to guests with notice given.
