Lakelands Farm is a family run guesthouse in a unique location set on Europe's best salmon and trout lake in Waterville, County Kerry.
Lakelands is a family owned business, run by locals Frank and Anne Donnelly. The guesthouse is set in a unique location set on Europe's best salmon and trout lake, Lough Currane. The guesthouse has spectacular views from all windows and spacious ensuite bedrooms, some with balcony and jacuzzi. All rooms are ensuite, have direct-dial telephone, satellite TV plus tea and coffee facilities. There are two lounges for guests. Lakelands Farm is convenient to two golf courses. The guesthouse is set in a quiet location on the Kerry Way route and can arrange pick ups and baggage transfer for walkers. Lakelands Farm also offers an in-house beauty therapist or relaxing massage.
Frank is a professional angling guide and boatman and has his own boats for hire. Other boatmen can also be arranged. All boats and engines are moored at the end of the farm, 300 metres from the guesthouse, with easy access from the road with car park and boat shed. The fishing season opens 17th Janurary through to 30th September.
