At Ballyhass Lakes, holidaymakers will find everything required for a comfortable and memorable break in County Cork. Set near Mallow, the property includes holiday homes in addition to an activity centre with a range of pursuits for groups.

One of 11 terraced houses in three blocks in a unique development nestled on the shores of Ballyhass lakes on the outskirts of Cecilstown village, 7.5 miles from Mallow and 45 minutes drive to Cork and Limerick.

Ballyhass lakes is a 40 acre complex that is now one of Ireland’s leading outdoor activity centres. Supervised adventure activities such as kayaking, abseiling, zip lines, archery and high ropes climbing are on offer. It is the only two line cable wake boarding centre in Ireland and in 2017 a large Aquapark is being introduced suitable for all ages from eight years to adult.

At Ballyhass Lakes the houses are set aside from these activities, and are wonderfully spacious with natural open fireplaces. Other activities such as golf, fishing, and horse racing as very close as are Millstreet Country Park, Doneraile National park and Mount Hillary for walking and hiking.

Electricity by meter read for stay of 7 days or more, €7 per night for shorter stays which is for heating, cooking and hot water. Bed linen is included, and a number of travel cots and high chairs are available. Other facilities at Ballyhass Lakes include TV with free to air channels, radio, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer open plan shared garden, private decked area, garden furniture and off road parking. There is access to the 40 acre site including a 5 acre amenity field. Discounts are available for all the activities.
