Rock Lobster has scoured the land and seas for the finest fish and primehouse beef and have cut out the middle man to bring Lobster, Fish and Prime cuts to the masses. the freshest fish and shellfish is delivered daily. Rock Lobster buy local fish from Trawlers along the east coast and Canadian Lobster from the bay of Fundy. Their 55 days dry aged Steaks are supplied by Dublin based butcher Patrick who sources the beef from a small group of farmers in the South Leinster area.
At Rock Lobster they are very passionate about what they do. They try to do things the right way not because its trendy or cool, they do it because the want to - they want to be the kind of restaurant that people want to run and be involved in. They want a business to be proud of - whether that’s making sure the food they serve is of the highest quality, that the animals the food comes from lived a good life and treated with respect, or that everyone who works with them enjoys what they do and of course offer diners a fun, relaxed joint where they can eat, hang out and be merry.
