Ballymorris Pottery was established in 1994 and is based in cratloe, in a converted 19th century court house. Here an extensive range of work is produced. A wide selection of colourful domestic ware is complemented by individual ceramic art, commemorative plates for weddings or presentations, children's hand prints, ceramic signs and house names. Momentoes and gifts for everyone, be it business or pleasure. The workshop is open to view and work can be seen in progress. Commissions are always welcome.
Pottery classes for beginners and those with some experience are also run at the workshop. It is a friendly atmosphere in which to try your hand at throwing on the potters wheel or hand building. Children's hand prints, classes and pottery parties are all available.
