Foyle Maritime Festival
Where in the world will you find the following combination: impressive ships, a historic walled city and a maritime extravaganza? Answer: the culture-packed city of Derry~Londonderry in summer. June is the month, the place is the city’s iconic riverfront and the event is the super-lively Foyle Maritime Festival. It’s the place to be for four days of excellent maritime magic.

As well as an electric atmosphere across the city, you can expect to see beautiful tall ships from across Europe sailing up and docking in the River Foyle. There are on-the-water activities and maritime events, but you can also expect to live it up with circus performances, street art, live music and markets.
