Don't miss your chance to see one of American music's greatest songwriters live in Dublin.

Don't miss your chance to see John Prine, one of American music's greatest songwriters, live in Dublin at this intimate show at the National Concert Hall.

The two-time Grammy-winning artist and Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame member's 1971 self-titled debut album, long hailed as a classic, is also recognised as part of the Recording Academy’s Grammy Hall of Fame.

Prine's songs have been recorded by Johnny Cash, Tom T. Hall, the Everly Brothers, Carly Simon, Bette Midler, Norah Jones, George Strait, Miranda Lambert, and many others, the mythology going that it was young rising star Kris Kristofferson who first discovered the bluegrass player at the tender age of 17.

Whatever the truth may be, Prine is now forty-five years into what is arguably one of music's most influential careers and still writing and arranging beautiful melodies. The latest string of tunes comprises brand new album The Tree of Forgiveness, for which Prine will be playing a string of dates, including this sure-to-sell-out performance.

Miss it and regret it.
