Bramblewick House is home to a new glamping site which currently consists of two, fabulous, fully self contained shepherd huts.
Bramblewick House is located in two acres of old farmland in the heart of the rural midlands of Ireland just outside the county town of Longford, surrounded by stunning scenery and within easy reach of many of the highlights of the county and the areas beyond.
The site itself consists of two, themed, self-contained shepherd huts, complete with hot and cold running water, bathrooms and kitchen area with gas hobs, microwave and fridge.
Each hut contains a double bed and a bunk appropriate for one or two children up to a weight limit of 8 stone (50.8 kg or 112 pounds). Kitchenware and bedding is also provided.
Both huts come with thermostat controlled heating and are fully insulated making them suitable for all year round use.
Outside there is a seating and dining area and also the use of two fire pits. Guests are welcome to bring barbecues out on the field.
Small to medium well behaved dogs are welcome on the site but no kennel service is provided. Parking is secure and off road.
Bramblewick House also runs craft workshops and one to one sessions in beginner and more advanced crocheting, card, and friendship bracelet making. These can be booked on site or beforehand via e-mail, telephone or through Bramblewick House's Facebook page.
