OrangeTree House Cookery School Designed with the experienced cook and beginners in mind, classes are informal and start off with a chat about the day's menu. Each lesson you will learn how to make a delicious three course dinner party meal, all of which can be easily recreated in your own home. 2013 Dates Tuesday 22nd January, 7pm - Game Cookery (includes dinner and wine tasting) Tuesday 29th January, 7pm - Bread making Wednesday 20th February, 7pm - 'A Taste of the Mediterranean' (includes dinner and wine tasting) Wednesday 27th February, 7pm - Restaurant deserts FOUR WEEK COURSE - Dinner parties without the stress! £150 Tuesday 5th February, 7pm Tuesday 12th February, 7pm Tuesday 19th February, 7pm Tuesday 26th February, 7pm Each evening you will learn how to make a starter, main course, dessert and also an accompanying bread/biscuit or liquer. You will sit down with the rest of the students and enjoy your meal with specially chosen wines to compliment the food. You will also get your own personal 'Orange Tree House Cookery School' apron. All ingredients are provided.
