The Patsy Farrell Festival is a traditional Irish music festival celebrating Irish music, song and dance in counties Longford, Westmeath and Leitrim in memory of singer and songwriter, Patsy Farrell.
Over a period of ten days, this landmark festival will consist of more than twenty sessions held across several towns and villages. Now in its third year, it will extend for the first time to County Leitrim. The festival will feature the region's most well loved traditional music talent, both young and old. All sessions are free of charge and will feature in towns and villages across the region including Mohill, Mullingar, Ballinacarrigy, Rathowen, Tyrrelspass, Longford, Clondra, Ballymahon, Abbeyshrule, Ardagh, Legan and Edgeworthstown.
