Bewleys have set high standards in all of their outlets which few have managed to match, and so it is with their latest enterprise, the Bridge. This is a basement cafe bar laid out on a grand scale using several different themes, all with an emphasis on style and comfort. The atmosphere is relaxed and convivial and there's an added bonus of a late bar on Thursday and Friday nights. Strangely, for Dublin, this is the only pub on the street, which makes it a strategic stopping off point close to Temple Bar. A Bewleys cafe and a new 70 room hotel are both part of the same complex.
