Pheasants Hill uses natural methods to produce fruit and breeds traditional farm animals.
Pheasants Hill farm is a family business, founded in 1998 to conserve rare breed Tamworth & Gloucestershire Old Spots, and to sell the exclusively free range pork, handmade sausage, dry cured hams and bacons. In 2003 we established our own butchers shop to sell exclusively free range rare breed beef, lamb, and poultry.
In 2009 we established Pheasants Hill Farm Kitchen to provide a free range & organic outside catering service (Free range Tamworth Hog Roasts & BBQs) for private & corporate parties and public events.
We breed, rear, fatten and butcher free range rare breed pigs (exclusively Tamworth & Gloucestershire Old Spots breeds). Hog Roasts, hams, bacons & sausages are produced only from our own free range rare breed pork, are dry-cured, and smoked over real wood.
We also run a free range rare breed outside catering service, offering free range hog roasts and BBQs.
