Greening Season
St Patrick’s Day is soon upon us, and we all know what that means: green. This year is different though, because we’ve got a challenge for you. So, how green can you go?
“Green, green, forty shades of green
I close my eyes and picture
The emerald of the sea
From the fishing boats at Dingle
To the shores of Donaghadee”
Credit where credit is due, Johnny Cash knew green. To be more precise, while on a trip to Ireland in 1959, Cash was inspired by the verdant colours of Ireland, and wrote the famous Forty Shades of Green.
It’s a stretch, but we think he would have liked Greening Season. He might even have entered our Great green off competition.

To put it simply, we want to see you go green in honor of St Patrick. But we’re not just talking a green T-shirt, or discrete green socks at a business meeting. Take a look at the folks in the video above: we’re talking green face, green body, green bike, green cocoa, green pasta and, last but not least, green grass paint brushes.
