The resort of Finn Lough nestling on the shores of Lower Lough Erne in Northern Ireland, is the perfect get-away for nature lovers, outdoor enthusiasts and those seeking calm and quietness. A fantastic base from which to explore the stunning Fermanagh Lakelands region and just a 20 minute drive from the Wild Atlantic Way on the rugged west coast. 

A place to relax, reinvigorate and reconnect

Finn Lough is a place to relax, explore the great outdoors and leave feeling refreshed and reinvigorated. The resort with its hotel rooms, self-catering lodges, marina and spa has been undergoing renovations to upgrade all facilities to Scandinavian standards of comfort and design. The addition of tree-houses and unique lake pods in 2015 will ensure that this will be a flagship property in Northern Ireland.

Finn Lough Kitchen is looking for a very special person for the 6-month summer season from March – September to share in the dream. Are you looking for a true culinary adventure? Does the idea of your own garden to grow vegetables and herbs for your kitchen get your creative juices flowing? Would you be keen to conjur up amazing dishes with local products like Fermanagh black bacon and Glenarm beef? Would helping a guest turn their own freshly caught - fish into a veritable feast make you feel proud?  The chef de cuisine position comes with a very competitive salary and the extra perks of free accommodation on site at Finn Lough, use of the resort car and free use of all resort facilities.
