    Who has access to my data?

    We restrict access to your data to employees, contractors, and agents who need such access in order to operate, develop, or improve our service. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination, civil litigation and/or criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations. We may also share your data with our third party suppliers who assist us in the provision of the service.

    How do you make sure that my data is secure?

    We are bound by a strict security policy that mandates we keep your data encrypted at all times using SSL and TLS encryption standards. Our servers are security patched monthly and undergo vulnerability scanning by a third party twice annually, any risks identified are remediated as a priority. We restrict access to your data to employees, contractors, and agents who need such access in order to operate, develop, or improve our service. We require industry standard password rules and multi factor authentication to access our systems.

    How long do you keep my data?

    If you signed up with us but have not visited Ireland.com again within three years of sign up then we will delete your data from our database. You can also request that we delete your data at any time via our DPO.
