The Michigan post-hardcore rockers are coming to Dublin.
Michigan post-hardcore rockers La Dispute are coming to Dublin, so fans of progressive, sharp, conceptual punk get ready to rage.
Fuelled by a passion for creating music and art that brings people together, the band have been crafting emotional, conversational records since their formation in 2004 in the former mining town turned 'Furniture City' of Grand Rapids.
Their first release, 2006's Vancouver EP, led them from the boutique Friction Records label to a brief stint with Forest Life, where the Here, Hear album trilogy began. Moving on to indie label No Sleep Records, La Dispute released several more records, honing their unique style for followups like their debut full-length Somewhere at the Bottom of the River Between Vega and Altair and The Worth of the World.
Their third studio album, Rooms of the House, was released in 2014.
