Hungry Hill Lodge is a purpose built hostel set on 3.8 acres. It is situated in the seaside village along the shores of Adrigole Bay, between Glengarriff and Castletownbere on the Beara Peninsula.

Hungry Hill Lodge serves as a great base for exploring the beauty of West Cork and the Beara Peninsula. Located on the shores of Bantry Bay and adjacent to Hungry Hill (highest peak of the Caha Mountains), the Lodge lies close to the Mares' Tail waterfall and the famous Healy Pass, which is within walking distance of the Lodge and Campsite.

Hungry Hill Lodge provides ensuite family rooms, private double and single rooms, and also has dormitory accommodation. A private Log Cabin is also available for hire which shares the full facilities of the Lodge. Guests can make use of the fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable sitting room with open fire, and an outdoor terrace with seating and barbecue area. Breakfast service is available but must be pre-booked. A drying room for wet gear is provided, as well as laundry facilities. Bike storage and luggage drop off to the next town are available.

The Beara Way runs past the Lodge as does the cycling route. There are great opportunities for hill walking, climbing, sailing, golf, and shore fishing (with tackle and bait available nearby).
The local food mini mart is 200 metres away from Hungry Hill Lodge which provides a variety of produce and wine.
Hungry Hill Lodge is open from mid-March to the end of October. Large group bookings are taken all year round.
