Thursday 12th September LONGTABLE SEAFOOD SUPPER @ AIRFIELD ESTATE
Join the Airfield culinary team as they serve up alfresco and open air for a longtable supper. Taking a sustainable approach and sourcing all their ingredients from the Island of Ireland and its surrounding sea shore, our team will deliver a combined seafood workshop and feast.

Meet other wild food enthusiasts and let our renowned Food Forager Bill O’ Dea take you foraging on Fernhill Esate. He will impart his knowledge and share his passion in the craft of mushroom hunting.
Saturday 14th September LONG TABLE SUPPER @INK
This is a unique opportunity to meet the producer and the maker prepare a wholesome sustainable traditional Irish feast. A traditional feast served with DunLaoghaire harbour as a backdrop. Meet Conor Spacey a chef recognised for working with the seasons, seeking out great Irish produce, foraging and celebrating great Irish producers.
Thursday 19th September OYSTER & SEAFOOD@JOHNNIE FOXES PUB
The stage is set to visit Johnnie Foxes Pub, famed as 'Ireland's highest pub' and amazing seafood. A night with a difference where you will get to Meet the Maker and a Taste of Place all under one roof. Learn directly from one of Irelands leading oyster producers as they immerse you in their product and Johnnie Foxes Pub will host an oyster virgin tasting evening of seafood, beverages and entertainment.

Visit the farmers markets that will offer a long table feast experience where you can browse, shop, dine and indulge in a street feast environment.
Saturday 21st September
Join a coastal foraging expedition. Trace the footsteps of our ancestors along the coast from Monkstown to Glasthule. The Coastal forage will cover a wide variety of wild food available on the coast including plants, seaweeds, shellfish and crustaceans.
From 10:00 BIMs ARC will be located in Dun Laoghaire Harbour to deliver an imaginative and engaging insight into Aquaculture (fish farming). The experience is brought to life with the help of a bespoke five-metre-wide LED screen delivering a cutting-edge multimedia experience.
From 11:00 you can meet the local fisherman who have landed their catch in the harbour. These experienced third generation fishermen will describe in detail their catch, demonstrate the gutting and filleting techniques. Alongside the fishermen a seafood feast will evolve throughout the day with seafood trucks on site.
