Recently restored and updated, Enniscorthy Castle is now home to a totally new visitor experience - Enniscorthy Castle, a view from the Keep, focusing on the history of the town of Enniscorthy, as well as its castle.

Recently restored and updated, Enniscorthy Castle is now home to a totally new visitor experience - Enniscorthy Castle, a view from the keep, focusing on the history of the town of Enniscorthy, as well as its castle. Enniscorthy Castle, was built in the 13th century, and has been home to Norman knights, English armies, Irish rebels and prisoners, and local merchant families.

In addition, the exhibition focuses on the role of Enniscorthy in the 1916 Rising and internationally renowned designer, Eileen Grey. Fully wheelchair accessible, the roof offers spectacular views of the town of Enniscorthy and the surrounding countryside. Includes dress up area for children. Guided tours take place on the hour.
