This links course offers a challenge to the experienced golfer and an enjoyable round to the novice.
Dunfanaghy Golf Club is an 18-hole true links, which was laid out in 1905 by the master himself Harry Vardon, six times winner of the Open Championship. It is easily walked, but offers a superb golfing challenge, with spectacular views of beaches, headlands, harbours and mountains. The greens are consistently rated with the best in the country and the sand based, free draining course is playable all year round. Dunfanaghy Golf Club is proud to list two Irish Close champions and one North of Ireland Open champion over the last decade.
Visitors are always assured of a warm welcome throughout the year. Green fees are kept at very competitive levels and guests in the excellent, local, family run hotel, Arnolds Hotel, can avail of reduced greenfees.
