Derry Halloween
Derry Halloween, Derry~Londonderry
Halloween on the island of Ireland is a time when the spirits breach the veil between worlds and wander among us. And at Derry Halloween they’re invited to party with the living at a scary, joyous and fantastically fun carnival.
As the Walled City comes alive with the spirit of Samhain, Derry~Londonderry transforms into a playground of myth, magic, and mischief with the Awakening the Walled City Trail. For four days and four nights, you’ll find tricks (think gravity-defying acrobatics, circus craic and cutting-edge immersive experiences), treats (Samhain baking demonstrations, kids’ storytelling sessions and tasty street food), and loads more surprises.
It all leads to the famous finale on 31 October: an exuberant Halloween parade and stunning fireworks display.
