Cobweb-banishing cliff walk begins at the car park of the Cliff House Hotel and the walk takes you around Ardmore Head and Ram Head.
Ballyquin Beach is the beach to go to if you want to swim in a quieter setting. This is a wide secluded beach with a good expanse of soft sand. There are some pools for the kids to explore and some shelter from the rocks. The water here is clear and very nice to swim in.
Ardmore Adventure Centre is a premier outdoor adventure activity provider in the Waterford and Cork area. It provides rock climbing, sea kayaking, surfing, snorkeling, powerboat trips, life guard training and first aid courses in unspoiled natural locations.
