He is also a member of the UK Mountain Training Board and is fully insured. He is a holder of Remote Emergency Care level 3 plus AED and CPR. David has walked in the Julian Alps, the Pyrenees, the Swiss Alps, the Austrian Alps, the Dolomites, Mount Kilimanjaro, the High Atlas Mountains, and in Scotland and Wales. He enjoys regular hikes around his local doorstep of Sligo, Leitrim, Mayo, Connemara, Donegal and the Mourne Mountains in County Down.
