See what Ireland has in store for you
is located in Ely Place, an atmospheric Georgian townhouse setting, close to St Stephen's Green and Grafton Street. It exudes intimate luxury and comfort. Taste wine from some of the finest vineyards, served by the bottle or glass. Breaking new ground by going back to traditional methods, back to farming, back to indigenous grapes, back to organics, back to basics, creating wines that draw you in. All Ely's organic beef, pork and lamb are sourced through their family farm in The Burren, County Clare. Ely Wine Bar works directly with wineries in Barolo, Chianti, Valtellina and Valdobbiadene in Italy, Ribera Sacra, Madrid, Allela and Rioja in Spain and Bordeaux, Champagne, the Cotes du Rhone and the Loire in France. There are wine tasting classes and events arranged throughout the year. The Ely Wine Bar loves to share their love of wine with everyone. The Ely offering now extends further to a wine store in Maynooth and an online Ely wine shop, so anyone can enjoy Ely wines anywhere in Ireland.
