Earagail Arts Festival 2018 celebrates its 30th anniversary as it travels Donegal's Wild Atlantic Way with an array of musical, theatrical and artistic talent for the whole family.

Earagail Arts Festival is a bilingual (Irish and English language), multidisciplinary arts festival which takes place every July on the northernmost part of the Wild Atlantic Way in County Donegal.

The festival’s 30th programme brings together new Donegal-flavoured commissions, celebratory birthday partnerships and performances by some of the much-loved artists that have graced the stages of the festival over the last 30 years.

This July, enjoy premieres of new theatrical works inspired by our wild Atlantic shores, spellbinding aerial dance and circus, and a wealth of global music, from Donegal’s finest female fiddlers to the rising stars of Africa and America, all playing in legendary Donegal venues alongside a rich international visual arts programme.

This year's programme showcases talent from around the globe including Malian musicians Songhoy Blues and unique collaborations such as folk group Ulaid and renowned songwriter Duke Special. The popular Music at The Castle returns to Glenveagh National Park, where our artists-in-residence, The California Feetwarmers, play their first set of the festival alongside Gweedore’s very own trad supergroup, An Crann Óg.
